Our dedication to crafting exceptional sausages remains unwavering.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO, with experience in financial analysis. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and contribute to financial analysis efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Financial Analysis:Assist the CEO in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.Compile and analyze financial data on Excel and other similar platforms.

Project Management:Assist in the planning and execution of acquisitions, special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources.Communication and Coordination:Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and partners as needed.Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Experience in financial analysis.Strong proficiency working with Excel.

Skills:Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.
