Executive AssistantWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible for providing high-level support that involves calendar management, scheduling travel, and email organization, among ensuring efficient firm operations.Skills & Experience Needed:2-5 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant requiredBachelors Degree, preferredExperience using Customer Relationship Management software, preferredAccounting experience, preferredDesire to be part of a team that is living with purpose, love to support othersCare about serving people and the client experience is where you shineHigh character and integrity, trustworthyAlignment with organizations or groups whose mission is to serve othersClear and effective communication in person or over the phoneDesire to know details and leave no stone unturned when gathering informationSystematic in your approach; you weigh the pros and cons and prioritize as a strategyTask-driven and have the ability to get things done quicklyOrganized and detail-oriented; able to find and access information when neededProcess-driven and can follow a system to complete projects on scheduleProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, & PowerPointAbility to use technology and outside resources to finish projects quicklyKey Responsibilities:Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments that move the business forwardProvide administrative support to the COO/CFO, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling client visits, and organizing prioritiesArrange and coordinate travel plans, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to move the business forwardAssist with accounting related tasks, such as billing, reconciliation, and reportingHandle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, prospects, and teamSalary:$80K-$100K BOEBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 Days per calendar yearPay Increases: Increased pay and inflation adjustments annually is possibleHolidays: Regular full-time employees are entitled to 10 paid holidays each year with extended time around Thanksgiving and ChristmasHealth Bene?ts: Health plan is availableRetirement: 3% contribution to 401kFringe Bene?ts: Lunch catered out each day at the officeHours:Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (In office)Presented by Advisor Employee Services
