Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently.Salary:
125-140k base range + generous bonus and benefits + free lunchResponsibilities:Manage and coordinate a principal maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, and overseeing external communicationsCoordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meetingAct as their gate keeper of timeSome light personal assistant projects as neededProcess expense reports in concurCoordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangementsProvide back-up support to other executive assistants as neededOther ad hoc duties as neededRequirements:At least 4 year working in a fast-paced environment support role administrative support roleExperience in venture capital and private equity is preferedBachelors degree preferedMicrosoft Office proficient and tech savvyAbility for deal with constant changes and anticipate needsExcellent written verbal and communication skillsPlease submit your resume to apply.You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
