JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly motivated and driven
Oracle Database Administrator
to work
1-2 Days Per Week Onsite
supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.
RESPONSIBILITIESInstall, configure, upgrade, patch, and administer Oracle database software in a classified environmentCreate/troubleshoot/manage databases, schemas, and user accounts/roles/permissionsMaintain database software in accordance with all applicable security requirements, i.e. DoD STIGsManage storage structures of the databaseManage schema objects such as tables, indexes, and viewsConfigure database backups in accordance with customer requirementsPerform database recoveries as requiredPerform daily checks of databases, backups, exports, jobs, and storage, taking preventive or corrective actions, as requiredMonitoring and tuning database performanceREQUIREMENTS
3 years of database administration experience working with Oracle 19c running on RHEL/UNIX
Proficiency managing Oracle from command line/SQL DeveloperKnowledge of queries, DDL, DML, and DCL commandsComprehensive understanding of Oracle architecturePhysical and logical structures, memory structures, and process architectureExperience with Recovery Manager (RMAN), Data Pump, and Automatic Workload Repository (AWRExperience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and TOAD, a plus

CompTIA Security+SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active Top Secret Security ClearanceEDUCATION

COMPENSATION
The likely salary range for this position is $000,000 - $000,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
