ASR International is seeking an Executive Assistants to provide executive level management and analytical support to the Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) located at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA.An exciting position that requires close interaction with top department leadership. The Senior Executive Assistant helps our customers solve complex problems; manage project communications, meetings, schedules, risk, policy compliance, and workflow; plan and track travel, budgets, and reporting; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement.

Responsibilities:Update daily electronic schedule.Prepare the Daily binder, including collection of read-ahead and briefs for all meetings.Deconflict Schedule and align with the CNSF Commander (N00) and Chief of Staff (N01).Update status of Task List; identify overdue items, coordinate with tasked entity/directorate for progress update, and schedule follow up meetings.Brief the daily schedule and make changes as directed.Maintain the mid and long range schedule, provide weekly review of next calendar week (mid-range), and monthly review of long range schedule.Schedule telephone conferences, Video teleconferences and meetings, to include location, equipment, calendar invitations and attendee tracking, and briefing binders. Respond to and initiate telephone calls.Coordinate all aspects of travel, to include transportation, lodging, parking, office calls, pre-briefs, security clearances, travel binder, and process travel claims.Draft email, correspondence, and naval messages.Develop briefing packages, slides, spreadsheets, and talking points.Maintain electronic files of documents.Maintain the Executive Directorate Organizational Chart.Perform research as required on special interest topics, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare presentations on data acquired, and brief on the findings, to include metrics when available, summary and recommendations.Order office supplies.

Requirements:

Active DoD Secret ClearanceBA degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university.3-5 years' experience providing executive level management support;Expert level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Executive level communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to coordinate, prioritize and deconflict executive level tasks, with minimal directionAbility to quantitatively review deliverables for completeness prior to submission to Executive/Leadership personnelAbility to take initiative, problem solve and anticipate required actionsKnowledge of TYCOM mission, goals and initiatives, directorates and their respective functions
