About this Opportunity:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. This position will assist with travel planning, expense reports, meeting preparation and facilitation, as well as other administrative tasks. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:

Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Sacramento, CA.

For Internal Candidates:

All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you'll get to:Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings including arrangements for flight, hotel, location, meeting agendas, meals, calendar coordination, and activities for attendeesPrepare and submit expense reports via WorkdaySend notification to managers of Orion employee birthdays and anniversary datesSend cards, gifts, flowers, etc., as neededStock meeting room refrigerators and kitchen area paper products in preparation for onsite meetingsSupport company Executive management team by coordinating calendar, booking travel arrangements and general administrative tasksPrepare agendas prior to meetings as well as helps coordinates follow ups via Notion or comparable systemsPerform general administrative duties including filing, typing, faxing, copying, scanning, and mailing to support the Executive Management teamAttend meetings for purpose of taking meeting minutes and follows-up on key take-away points from meetingAssist with Orion Home Office Visits including reserve guest hotel rooms and coordinating any meals in the officeWe're looking for talent who:

Has a strong understanding of project management tools, communication platforms, and other digital tools (Jira, Slack, Notion, preferred)Has exceptional communication skillsHas exceptional calendar management and travel management skillsPossess minimum of a high school diplomaHas minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experiencePreferably has a solid understanding of tech terminology, tools, and systems commonly used by a CTO/CPOPreferably has experience working with operations teams and/or within Financial Services industryPreferably has experience coordinating event logisticsObtains Orion Industry CertificationOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:$22.56 - $32.73The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
