What You'll DoThe Senior Brand & Creative Project Manager will help establish best practices for project and program management within the Creative organization and scale those practices across the team and disciplines. This can include request intake, project planning and high-level project management, including tracking, reporting and communication.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Creative Operations.
Responsibility
Work closely with internal creative teams and cross-functional partners and leaders
Build cross-functional networks to improve organizational navigation, speed and quality of project/program delivery
Look for ways to create organizational synergy, to harness cross-functional efforts and remove obstacles
Apply risk mitigation practices and dependency mapping
Identify potential and/or real changes and the resulting impact and scope of change
Guide and complete projects and assignments autonomously, seeking advice when needed
Steer more complex projects and assignments continuously to on-time and high-quality execution, while coaching less experienced team members in their work and interactions with others
Hold team, partners and stakeholders accountable for playing their roles and meeting their responsibilities.
Handle potential conflicts within the team comfortably and know when and how to escalate issues
Contribute at a high level to the evaluation of process, tools, documentation and asset management as it relates to team needs
Maintain expert knowledge of Docusign corporate/business technologies, business processes, standards, operating procedures and other ways of working
Navigate confidently and competently through ambiguity and change
Partner with teams for various project deliverables to aid design, development, and production logistics and provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, issues, and priorities
Monitor project requests that come in through JIRA by assessing and assigning creative resources
Manage multiple projects ranging in size and scope simultaneously, with an ever-increasing load of complex projects
Lead retrospectives and capture key findings to support continuous improvement including spearheading change in processes, tools, operating procedures, etc.
Job DesignationHybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You BringBasic
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience working with creative teams in an agency environment, in-house creative, design or marketing teams or as a freelance senior digital project manager
Experience with JIRA, DAM, and experience with Agile methodologies
Preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to be flexible
Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and dedicated to achieving desired outcomes with a positive attitude
Experience with people management skills in a high-paced environment
Proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and get results
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
