As Sales Director, Compute and Networking Business Unit at Micron, you will be responsible for the strategic alignment with the BU and Global Sales organization. This will include ensuring quarterly and annual plan alignment and execution and establishing early GTM plans that align with Sales. In this position, you will serve as the customer voice into the BU and represent sales in the BU. Additionally, your role will ensure alignment with the Compute and Networking Business Unit on critical initiatives and execution of the plan in the quarter!

Responsibilities include:

Drive sales strategies and alignment for key segments from Compute and Networking Business Unit to sales team.

Accountable for working with Compute and Networking Business Unit on finance lock and sales teams on sales lock - Ensure quarterly execution (CSP creation).

Key Facilitator for driving internal operating model improvements to achieve Business Plan objectives.

Align CNBU on FY Business Plans and sales response.

Alignment with CNBU on channel optimization and coordinating with / across sales leadership (Commercial Products, OEM, Core Components, Spectek, and distribution).

Provide thought leadership to regional sales on longer term strategies i.e., design wins, forecast, account plans, and market share growth.

Lead sales activities associated with the Customer Business Reviews: driving the process and actions – where appropriate attend Quarterly Business Reviews for defined accounts.

Accountable for aligning to the CNBU and segment sales strategies & plans.

Establish common processes and standard methodologies.

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering is required.

10+ years related experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Have prior semiconductor sales experience – preferably with Client PC, Cloud, and Enterprise Compute market experience.

Have previous success in leading and navigating a dotted line matrixed organization.

Have previous experience presenting sophisticated issues at the Senior Executive level.

The ability to manage projects at all levels, drive and lead key initiatives with horizontal leadership.

A history of delivering results in a multifaceted, fast changing semiconductor industry.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as outstanding interpersonal and partnership skills.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$228,000.00 - $472,500.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
