This senior role will be responsible for managing team performance and enhancing our execution capabilities across the organization.What your day-to-day will look like:Team Leadership and Development:Report on and manage performance of junior team members.Staff the team appropriately on deals, with a clear understanding of the work required for deals, along with the time requirements and skills needed.Take input from CD leadership, business line deal sponsors, and functional teams for performance management.Guide career development for team members including a focus on staffing them where they need to gain experience.Design long-term strategies for junior team development.Collaborate with HR on training and leadership development initiatives.Execution Process Management:Create best-in-class execution capabilities.Align processes and approaches between Corporate Development, Functions, and Leadership with a focus on continuous improvement of execution across key areas.Drive a consistent approach to deal governance and reporting.Work with the integration team to conduct post-integration reviews and build out presentations/templates.Required Skills and Experience:Ideally experience in deal process management and/or experience in similar execution-focused roles.Understanding of due diligence processes.Proficiency in deal governance and reporting methodologies.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in performance management and career development.Strong organizational skills and ability to create and drive best-in-class processes.Location:
