The Office of Student Accounts is looking for a dedicated Information Systems Specialist, Intermediate, to join our team. This roleprovides technical, and information systems support to the Student Accounts team members. Assist with ongoing production jobs (e.g., student billing, sponsored billing, 1098T processing, insurance processing, fee assessment, drop for non-payment, refunds, collections, and other cron production jobs). Collaborate with Production Calendar Group members to coordinate Banner AR processes with operations conducted by Registration, Financial Aid, and Business Services offices.* Create audit reports to review all accounts receivable processing and transactions using Banner and various vendor reports and identifying exceptions to normal processing.Disclaimer:
