Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Human Services & Inclusion Director, responsible for utilizing data to gain insights into the shifting demographics of our City and community needs. Data is critical to guiding equity practices. Through data tracking and visualization, we will be able to communicate/report internally and externally how these changes will impact our organization and broader community. This role will work to develop this information into monthly and annual reports to increase awareness and transparency.

Requirements
Undergraduate or Graduate level coursework in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Psychology, or other related discipline.Experience developing compelling content through data visualization, working directly with people from historically marginalized backgrounds, and developing reports to help illustrate current and future trends.This is an internship which is not permanent, and which is being made available for individuals seeking work experience prior to graduating from an accredited college/university.
