Our busy law firm is looking for an efficient, organized legal assistant to assist our attorneys and clients in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. Responsibilities:
Provided legal and administrative support for estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and business organization
Prepare legal pleadings and forms, client correspondence, and provide calendar management for attorney
Conduct extensive communication with clients, advisors, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and court personnel
Manage and track multiple cases to meet deadlines
Conduct client billing and manage accounts payable and receivable
Maintain online e-filing system
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a law firm.
Paralegal Certificate or Degree or equivalent experience in area of estate planning preferred
Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products
