Job Description
Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is seeking a NetSuite Administrator. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our NetSuite system, focusing on continuous improvement to meet the needs of our rapidly growing sales organization. This role will involve managing third-party integrations, overseeing M&A system integration, ensuring data integrity, and handling user and role management.
Location
INS HQ - Richardson, TX office -
Must live in Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area or be willing to relocate .
There is no relocation package for this position .
Following initial training period, this role will be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote, 3 days in office.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices.Experience with M&A system migration/integration.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.Experience in a sales-focused organization is advantageous.Familiarity with custom searches and workflows within NetSuite.Experience with third-party integrations such as Celigo or RFSMARTFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g., SuiteScript)Duties & Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze existing NetSuite processes and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that support the company's goals.
Third-Party Integrations:
Manage and optimize integrations with third-party applications to streamline operations and data flow.Troubleshoot integration issues and work with vendors to resolve them.
M&A System Integration:
Support the integration of NetSuite during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of systems.Coordinate with IT and finance teams to harmonize processes and data across systems.
Data Integrity:
Monitor data integrity across the NetSuite platform, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.Develop and maintain data validation rules to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
User and Role Management:
Manage user access and role assignments, ensuring proper security protocols are followed.Provide training and support to users to maximize their utilization of the NetSuite system.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.Create and deliver regular reports on system performance and usage metrics.
