A large system in Nebraska/Iowa are looking for ICU RN's. 12 hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed. 2 years of unit experience. 13 Week contract.Job Requirements

2 years of unit experience.BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.RNs required to titrate drips.Need to be able to read and interpret heart monitoring with centralized telemetry monitoring.Schedule Information

12 hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed.Shift times: 0630-1830, 1830-0630.Weekend Requirements: Every otherHoliday Requirements: Every other or as needed for based on unit needsFloating Requirements: Will float to all inpatient units, excluding Maternity/NICUSelf-scheduling and block scheduling are subject to manager's discretion based on unit needsUnit Specific Information

Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 ICU, 1:4 PCUCommon diagnoses/Types of patients: Various types including Neuro surgery, Respiratory failure, ARDS, MODS, sepsis, stroke, cardiogenic shock, renal failure, general surgery, etc.Attributes that will make a nurse successful on this unit include the ability to ask questions, a positive attitude, willingness to help others, critical thinking skills, personable, and a team environment meant to foster high quality care.Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
