Shifts are 0630-1830 and 1830-0630.Self-scheduling is available, managed by manager based on unit needs.Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period.Unit Specific Information
# of Beds: 18.Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 ICU, 1:4 PCU.Common diagnoses/Types of patients include various Trauma injuries, Sepsis, stroke, ARDS, MODS, COPD, cardiac arrest.Charge Nurse on each shift, charge nurse may take an assignment.Nurse aids/patient care techs on unit: Ratios 1:18.Equipment includes Nasal cannula to vents.No Tele/Monitor Techs: RNs must read their own strips - using Draeger heart monitoring with centralized telemetry monitoring.# of unit/department specific orientation shifts: 2 shifts.Scrub Color/Dress Code: Navy Blue.Floating Requirements: All over to the inpatient units, excluding Maternity/NICU.Additional Details
