13 or 26 week option!9 Trauma - 45 bed medical/surgical unit providing care to trauma patients with focus on the acute and chronic needs for patients that are hemodynamically and medically stable. It is a specialty medical/surgical unit that is fast paced. Trauma focuses on acute and chronic needs for trauma patients admitted from the emergency department, transferred from the ICU, or admitted from surgical/procedural services.Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).Level l Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital experience required.Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application.
