DKA - Insulin drip, AKI, Sepsis, Cancer, Septic shock, Pain, OD, Malignant Neoplasms, ARF, Encephalopathy, FTT, Diabetic foot ulcers, Heparin drips.UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hrs (2 shifts)SCRUBS: Navy Blue and white.Job Requirements

Shift: NIGHTS; Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays!RTO: 7 days MAX - NO CHRISTMAS RTO; 36 or 48 hours. If 48 then no OT billed until after 48.Call Requirement: Call required if called off on a prescheduled shift.Float Requirement: Floating required to similar units and alternate care locations with inpatients holding, such as inpatient holding in the ED, or any alternate medical patient care location.Weekend Requirement: *EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED.** Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as neededUnit Specific Information
