Job Title: Business Litigation Attorney for Progressive Small Firm (Remote Options Available)
We are seeking a fully remote attorney with a strong background in business litigation to join our team until February. Candidates must be licensed in Arizona.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive litigation counsel across various business sectors, addressing unique challenges with strategic insights.
- Manage and assist with legal claims, including litigation, audits, worker's compensation, and other governing body claims.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide array of business agreements, with a focus on litigation implications and risk mitigation.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings throughout Arizona, ensuring their interests are effectively protected in all litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting our operations and clients' litigation strategies.
- Advise clients on legal matters, empowering them to make informed decisions while mitigating litigation risks.
- Assist with Estate Planning matters as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Arizona.
- Strong knowledge of business law, with a focus on litigation, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of applying legal principles to practical litigation scenarios.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex litigation concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple litigation tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a track record of preparing clear and concise legal documents related to litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic litigation advice and risk mitigation.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
