Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within a program to ensure successful delivery, on-time and within scope. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The Program Manager will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Program / Delivery Manager would need to have minimum of 10+ years of experience in the following areas: • Experience in Project/Program planning, Management, leadership and stakeholders management,Good experience in handling large programs with end-to-end delivery ownership and facilitates & leads the execution & delivery of work efforts within prescribed timeframes • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached and accountability of delivery, Work closely with Senior Management, Sales, Customer stake holders • Very good experience in preparing and reviewing SOWs, Contracts, P&L • Helps develop scope, detailed program & project plans with defined milestones, outcomes and tasks/activities, work plan, budget and timeline for one or more work efforts

• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and define mitigation strategy

• Good experience in Agile Methodologies, SDLC, Project Management and preferably having Agile and PMP certifications

• Must worked in onsite-offshore projects

• Strong people management skills, conflict management, Prioritization, and operational acumen

• Preferably good technical/functional background to understand technical and functional requirements well

• Collaborates with key stakeholders, partners and teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and helps lead discussions/workshops to define scope, timelines and effort/resources required

• Ensures consistent visibility for teams by monitoring project metrics & indicators & generating required status reports

• Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts

• Manages ambiguity & consistently seeks to drive clarity among project stakeholders

• Establishes the overall cadence for communication with impacted stakeholders and provides frameworks for communication plans

• Drives adoption of standardized processes, structures, templates and tools

• Helps “connect the dots” and manage/support diverse information sources to drive collaboration and structuring of work, Good experience in Operations and Management. Experience in Banking Domain.
