**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Pediatrics
**License:** Pending licenses accepted with proof, must be issued before start date
**Certifications:** BLS required
**Must-Have:** COVID-19 Vaccine & Booster required, no exemptions
**Job Description:**
- Maximum Request Time Off (RTO) is 7 days. RTO submitted after offer will not be approved.- Must start within 3-4 weeks of offer date.- Patient ratios are 1:4.- Weekend work is required every other weekend.- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers.- Missed shifts must be made up within the same week.- Must provide a photo upon contract signature.- Compliance and modules need to be completed prior to orientation.- Non-smoking facility with zero tolerance policies.- No background or license issues accepted.- Critical care positions involve floating between NICU/PICU/CICU units.- Must complete pre-start modules which are self-reported and non-billable.- Return staff policy requires a minimum 1-year gap for former employees to return as travelers.- Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the year.
