Description: The Fiber Optic Assembler II position will be primarily responsible for assembling military grade fiber optic components and cables products. The position will report to the Production Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble small components. Specialized training will be provided for this position.

Requirements: Work history demonstrating good attendance, responsibility, and attention to detailAbility to work with verbal and written instructions in EnglishAbility to perform light assembly work requiring high manual dexterity and physical endurance to stand at workstations for the majority of work shift.Use of measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers and micrometers (including understanding of fractional measurements)Basic familiarity with bench top machinesAbility to read and follow a drawingUnderstanding of basic cable constructionNo supervisory responsibilitiesMust be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
