Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: MS/Tele Job Duration: 13 weeks with an option for a 16-week contract Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry prior to travel required License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license is needed Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: - 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Job Description: - Option for a 16-week contract, which must be disclosed prior to submission.- Mandatory working every other holiday.- Orientation: 20 non-billable hours.- Two supervisory references in the specialty are required to qualify for the position.- Active certifications with no pending applications.- Background checks are mandatory; any open cases will lead to disqualification.- Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free requirements temporarily; however other candidates must comply with a nicotine-free policy.- Required to complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract.- Badging and fingerprinting need to be done onsite prior to the start date.- Cannot return to any locations within the same health system for one year from the previous end date.
