This individual will play a crucial role in the successful completion of our construction projects, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing projects to lifeResponsibilities:As a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with a multitude of responsibilities that are vital to the successful completion of our construction projects. Your duties will include:1. Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.2. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.3. Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.4. Securing county and city permits as required for construction projects.5. Overseeing project procurement management, including materials management.6. Conducting regular reviews of work done, ensuring it meets the project's requirements and quality standards.7. Handling project billing, ensuring all financial records are up to date and accurate.8. Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.9. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.10. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.11. Marking up and redlining contracts as necessary, ensuring all details are correct and fair.12. Providing training to construction staff as needed.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination role within the construction industry.2. Proven experience in project management and scheduling.3. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.4. Well-developed problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking on your feet.5. Strong working knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.6. Sound understanding of risk management and procurement processes.7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.8. Proficiency in project management software tools.9. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot potential problems before they occur.10.
