What You'll Be Doing

Managing Help Desk operations, focusing on process improvements like KPIs, Ticket SLAs, and trend analysis Identifying communication and process challenges and recommending effective solutions Overseeing hardware, software lifecycle, and inventory management Ensuring availability for weekend communication support What You'll Need to be Considered

3+ years of experience managing a Help Desk, including multi-site operations Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills ITIL certification is a plus but not required
