This position offers an unparalleled platform for professional growth and career advancement in an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Representing clients in all stages of business and construction litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeal. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents. Advising clients on business and legal transactions, assessing legal risks, and suggesting preventive measures. Negotiating settlements to resolve disputes in favor of our clients. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop legal strategies and solutions. Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining a high level of client service. Participating in business development activities, including networking and relationship-building with potential clients. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in laws and regulations.Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally in construction and/or business litigation. JD from an accredited law school. Active admission to the Georgia State Bar. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
