Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to validate costs and align with job cost reporting standards. Budget Revisions: Review and manage budget revisions for both job cost reports and bank budgets. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and forecasts. Month-End Reporting: Oversee and review month-end close packages. Ensure that all transactions, adjustments, and allocations are properly documented, reconciled, and reported. Capital and Cash Management: Manage the capital and cash requirements for development projects. Work closely with the finance team to forecast cash flow needs and ensure sufficient liquidity for project milestones. Financial Statements Preparation: Generate and review financial statements for the development division and specific subdivisions, including allocation of overhead costs and inter-company expenses. Overhead Allocations: Oversee and implement overhead cost allocation across projects and divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and accuracy in financial reporting. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and optimize project financial controls. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal policies, lender requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
