Job SummaryGeneral IT support including, but not limited to troubleshooting, imaging, setting up workstations, inventory, and decommissioning workstations. Candidates should have an interest in IT, preferably with a background in Windows or Mac support.

Office hours 7:45am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday. Actual work schedule to be determined weekly. Weekend hours available for special projects as needed but not required.

Essential Functions

IT troubleshooting, device imaging, setting up workstations, inventory, and decommissioning workstations.

Answer Help desk calls and create service tickets using Web Help Desk software.

Minimum QualificationsEnrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University

Preferred QualificationsCurrent enrollment in Information Technology related curriculum with background in Windows or Mac Support.

Pay Rate$10.00/hour

Work Hours5-20
