We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to work with our fast-growing business development team. This role will report directly to our Chief Growth and Strategy Officer and will be crucial in driving sales growth by equipping team members with the necessary tools, seamless sales processes and leadership to fully recognize our potential.

Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing...

You will be accountable for delivering engaging programs and tools that enable the Sales Teams to maximize sales, revenue, and productivity

Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs, and accreditations)Collaborate on sales enablement content, including working with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and implement strategic go-to-market strategiesProvide analysis to support strategic process, program, or system changes and achieve optimal performance levelsPartner with Firm Leadership to identify industry and service-line selling opportunities across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programsEnsure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organizationResponsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making across the organizationConduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation and prioritization, and lead all aspects of win/loss analysis and other predictive analyticsImplement and continuously improve training programs on products, processes, and systemsCollaborate with sales and account managers to track team progress and address issuesAct as a liaison between sales operations and departments like Firm Leadership, Marketing and FinancePerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field2 to 5 years of experience in sales operations with proven leadership skillsStrong knowledge of sales technologies with an emphasis on HubSpotExperience with communication, drafting content, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilities with a cross-functional focusAbility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectivelyBonus if you're familiar with the public accounting industry
