Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst Location-Type: Onsite 5 days/week in Santa Monica with monthly travel to LA Start Date Is: November 4th Duration: 6-month contract Compensation Range: $30-40/hr W2 Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support Technician to join our client's Level-2 support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing hardware and software support for both MAC and PC environments, as well as experience with SCCM, JAMF, Office365, and Adobe applications. This role involves overseeing inventory management and supporting AI integrations with office products. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with users and providing timely resolutions. Evaluate and manage end user issues, escalating to management as necessary. Collaborate with IT teams for effective issue resolution and feedback. Provide comprehensive desktop support for MAC and PC users. Address network connectivity issues, printer, email, handheld device, and software application problems. Administer and troubleshoot Office365 applications. Support Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including installation and access issues. Utilize SCCM and JAMF for software deployment and management. Oversee inventory management of hardware and software assets. Assist with end user issues related to AI tools and office products. Maintain documentation of technical procedures and troubleshooting steps. Achieve monthly SLA targets for incidents and service requests. Configure and troubleshoot email clients like Microsoft Outlook. Support mobile devices, including Android and iPhones. Lead and supervise IT projects as directed by management. Must-Haves: 5 years of IT experience in a complex organization. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Experience with Azure AD and On-Prem AD administration. Familiarity with anti-virus/malware protection and login scripts. Nice to Haves: Experience with large-scale IT initiatives. Willingness to travel as needed. A proactive "can do attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
