Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our teams – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that teams are meeting its objectives consistently.This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office based on business needs.PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.A reasonable salary range is:Bay Area Minimum:
$105,000Bay Area Maximum:
$169,000Job Responsibilities:Facilitate SAFe ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and program increment planning.Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives.Communicate product status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Coach teams to work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Use quantitative metrics to help teams understand and improve predictability.Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to groom product backlogs.Support up to 3 product teams, with moderate complexity.Can serve as the Release Train Engineer for one Agile Release Train.Minimum:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience3 years of job-related experienceDesired:Certified Scrum Master, or equivalentSAFe certification(s)#featuredjob
