Responsibilities:Provide technical and basic analytical support for trade compliance matters for the corporate Global Trade Compliance function, with oversight by the Senior Analyst, Export Controls and Director, Sanctions and Export Controls.Work with global affiliates to address and resolve "false positive" hits encountered during the restricted party screening process.Escalate issues to management and legal counsel as appropriate. Provide general support on the restricted party screening process as needed.Accountability/Scope :
Operates with direction and supervision from the Senior Analyst and Director.Handles routine day-to-day issues independently and involves the Senior Analyst and Director when needed.May be privy to highly confidential information.Errors or oversights in this area can result in potential fines and penalties for non-compliance.Key Success Factors:
Effective and professional communication is a must.Requires organization, attention to detail, ability to research from a variety of sources, and solid problem-solving skills.Qualifications:
