Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project alignment and execution.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues.

Manage project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of team members.

Stay current with industry trends, codes, and technologies to enhance design practices and project outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.)

Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
