This is a senior sales management player/coach style role managing a national sales team.

With a national presence, they specialize in marketing their services to high-end real estate development, working closely with developers, interior designers, and the most prestigious real estate brokers in major markets. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and entrepreneurial sales leader to build and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy from the ground up, driving significant revenue growth.
Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished
Vice President of Sales
with deep experience in luxury real estate development, B2B field sales, and outbound business development. This executive will be responsible for building brand awareness, expanding market share, and generating new business opportunities, primarily by selling into real estate developers, high-end real estate brokers, and interior designers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the luxury real estate market, possess an exceptional understanding of high-end sales processes, and have a proven track record of securing large-scale deals ($2M-$20M+).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Lead, manage, and inspire a national sales team of 15+ direct reports, driving them to be proactive “hunters” who secure new business and grow existing accounts. Develop account planning strategies to maximize client relationships and achieve 100% broker engagement.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy, targeting luxury real estate developers, interior designers, and high-end brokers. Ensure the firm owns the majority market share in the $2-to-20M+ segment of the luxury real estate market.
Business Development:
Expand the client base through “whale hunting” – securing large-scale deals with major players in the luxury real estate and development sectors. Drive cross-selling opportunities to ensure our clients receive a full suite of services.
Revenue Generation:
Build and optimize revenue generation channels, focusing on outbound field sales efforts. Establish KPIs and sales targets, ensuring the team is aligned with overall company growth goals.
Marketing & Brand Building:
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute strategies that build brand awareness and position the firm as a leader in the luxury real estate market. Own the marketing strategy in partnership with leadership, bringing a “high-end” image that resonates with our target clientele.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with top developers, brokers, and designers in major markets, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth opportunities. Represent the brand at high-level industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
10+ years of sales leadership experience in luxury real estate, property development, or high-end interior design or similar along with motivating and developing remote outbound sales teams.
Proven success in a B2B sales environment, with experience managing outbound field sales teams.
Strong network and understanding of the luxury real estate market, with a focus on building relationships with high-end developers, brokers, and designers.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through large-scale deals ($2M-$20M+).
Track record of leading and developing successful sales teams, with the ability to turn account managers into strategic hunters.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a “get it done” mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and manage a national team.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
$150-200K base + 100% bonus + equity
