A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool.The right candidate will have 2+ years of current tele experience, an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) and will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation.COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.Job Requirements

Contract length: 13 weeksShifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend for Tele B3A and Tele Neuro units4 weekend shifts per 4 week period for MedSurg C5 and MedSurg B2C unitsMust work 2 of 3 major holidaysUnit Specific Information
CV Tele B3A: 32 bed unit, Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, Techs: PCTs - 1 per every 16 patientsA3 Neuro: 28 bed unit, Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, Techs: PCTs - 1 per every 16 patientsMedSurg C5: 32 beds, Ortho, Surgical, Oncology unit, Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, Nurse Aides: PCTs on daysMedSurg B2C: 29 beds unit, Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, Nurse Aides: PCTS on daysAdditional Details
Travelers must clock-out when leaving one campus then clock-in when arrive at the other campusSpectralink phones (call light attached to phone)General MedSurg patients that require teleAmio, Cardizem to titrate down onlyThe distance between the 2 campuses is 9 milesDepending on traffic takes 15 minutesAll interstate
