Our projects represent the work of a collaborative group of dedicated design professionals driven by a solitary goal: to deliver a functional solution that inspire collaboration, function, imagination, constructability, and attributes of a well-constructed environmental design.We are seeking a creative, innovative, and talented Design Professional to join our Healthcare Practice in Charlotte, NC studio!Prepare architectural plans and renderingsReview and coordinate conceptual designs from all disciplinesOwn responsibility for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project; including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutionsPerform specific portions of assignments for medium to large scale projectsProvide consultation in the planning/design/coordination of large, complex projectsConduct code research and analysisCollaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clientsAnalyze contactor/consultant/client problems and develop solutionsCarry out complex assignments requiring the development of new techniques/proceduresReview shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIsPerform construction administration dutiesSupport business development activities as necessaryAssist with specifications as assignedPerform other duties as directed

Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts or Science in Architecture1-2 years' experience as a Design Professional with a concentration in healthcare designExperience with Autodesk Revit softwareFamiliarity with Adore Creative Suite softwareProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel softwareFirm grasp of building technology fundamentalsExcellent time management skillsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks with many competing prioritiesAbility to absorb new ideas and concepts quicklyStrong interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailExceptional organizational and follow-through skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamPreferred Skills:IDP/AXP hours completePrior internship experience is a plusMaster of ArchitectureExperience with Newforma Project Center and/or Newforma Project AnalyzerExperience with Microsoft ProjectExperience with Bluebeam PDF Revu
