JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Franchise Training Specialist is responsible for the successful and maintained execution of our company's culture, customer service standards, operations performance, and brand standards within our Franchise system. You must be able to build lasting relationships with Franchisees and influence the changes needed to drive results that meet system benchmarks. You will partner with the Franchise Operations support team and our Franchise Partners to ensure adequate support and training initiatives are being delivered to help meet operational KPI's and development needs.
Responsibilities
Assists in the top-down execution of expectations set forth from the company's training programs, standards, systems, and procedures. Ensures shops understand company training philosophy and confirm all company activities are developed and designed for operational excellence. Manages time and travel productively to maximize impact in the field. Provides support and assistance for Franchise shop openings. Identifies performance gaps and develops action plans for development. Validates systems and effectiveness of training programs by assessing objectives, compliance, and providing guidance to Franchise Partners and Shop Managers. Communicate closely with the team of Franchise Training Managers and Senior Training Manager of Franchise Operations on training program effectiveness and scalability as well as making recommendations for modifications in programs. Collaborates with Franchise Partners to support the coaching, training and development of leadership and shop level team members. Conducts training classes, workshops, and virtual training programs. Assist with the implementation of systems, resources and processes. Provides support and system tools for the Franchise System. Qualifications
2+ years of retail training experience This position requires a high level of travel and overnight stays. Must be able to build and maintain relationships within our Franchise system and the Take 5 support center. 3+ years experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and business acumen. The ability to clearly communicate company initiatives, systems, and goals. The ability to present to large groups from Shop Managers to Franchisees. Self-motivated, high energy, and a results driven individual willing to do what it takes to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
