JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties & Resp: Provides on-site technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes) | Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems | Typically resolves issues referred by help desk support. KSAs: Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Normally receives established instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacyContributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goalsPrimarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters. May provide limited guidance to lower level staff. Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships. University Degree / Diploma and 2-4 years. May have Master's / Graduate Degree and 0-2 years.

Position Location: Texas

Compensation Range: $54,500.00 - $97,300.00

Compensation Frequency: Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
