JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will work as part of the Business Support Services Technology team to understand, evolve, and optimize the end-to-end processes and key data touchpoints across the ecosystem. This role will work closely with key business and IT stakeholders to support initiatives and ensuring quality solutions that meet business requirements. This role will actively participate in and support various global finance process/controls improvement and financial systems transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Leverages finance process and technology best practices; partnering with both finance organizations as well as various corporate functions (HR, Procurement, Legal) to support and improve existing business processesDrives simplification and standardization strategies across brandsWorks to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs through dialogue with business partners and key stakeholdersSupports applications and solutions delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate requirements and validate proposed solutionsPerforms impact analysis and supports application testing, implementation, and training activities throughout the processCollaborates with corporate finance teams to provide ad hoc support on complex subjects and analytic projects to support strategic initiativesSupports Finance ERP related business process/activities within Oracle Cloud ERP & EPMPartners with other IT areas to identify data needs and appropriate data sources to utilize while remaining compliantIdentifies data quality issues and works to resolve through best practice strategiesUnderstands data integrations to ensure efficient data exchange across systemsWorks collaboratively with various IT teams to design and deliver optimized, user- friendly reporting solutions as well as cost effective historical data archiving solutionsQualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance5-7+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in an IT or business related financial roleMust possess expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes and controlsGeneral ERP Financial Module experience (GL, FA, Projects. etc) required, Oracle Cloud ERP and/or EPM preferredExperience in leveraging technology to improve finance processesProcess-oriented with the ability to structure processes and related data across brandsExperience in defining, scoping, and managing process and technology initiativesAbility to gather, structure and analyze data from multiple data sourcesStrong understanding of advanced data analysis tools and querying languages (SQL)Ability to communicate/present to managementAbility to play both a strategic and tactical role and demonstrate an ownership mentalityStrong initiative-taker with a resilient, solution minded approach to complex problemsAbility to partner with others to simplify complex processes, break down barriers and incorporate the ideas of othersDemonstrated experience in the software development lifecycleIntellectual curiosity to understand business trendsAbility to manage priorities against multiple deadlines in a challenging environment

Compensation Range:$88,600.00 - $165,400.00

Compensation Frequency:Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
