Title - Technical Support Specialist Duration - 12 months Location - Charlotte, NC -Prefer call center experience. -They need to have an understanding of the call center environment has it has a very strict schedule to manage maximum coverage of the phones. -Customer Service orientated. Job Description: MICORSOFT OFFICE, PROFICIENT PC SKILLS, ADAPTIBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY A PLUS NEED FLEXIBILITY, WORKING IN A SUPPORT ENVIROMENT , ANSWERING CALLS, EMAILS, ETC Prior experience providing Support with technology within a call center environment. Resources who have worked within a Technical support role in the past Level 1 or 2 would be a good match for this position. It is not highly technical in nature they should provide excellent customer service via the phone and have excellent written and verbal skills to support customer base. A resources should have general technology exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments will be helpful. Call volume will not be measured as much as providing resolution to the issue when brought forward. 1) Broad Technical Exposure 2) Strong Communication Skills - Phone and Written Communication skills 3) Phone Support background There are two separate shifts between the two positions. 9am - 6pm 11am - 8pm Thanks
