Sales Specialist:

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the manufacturing industry. You will work closely with teams to provide tailored solutions and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:
  • Identify and target new customers, increasing market share and sales.
  • Serve as the primary contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and monitor progress.
Qualifications of the Sales Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven sales success and strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software; ability to travel as needed.

The Sales Specialist role is fully onsite in Hudson, OH with a salary range of $23- $25 depending on experience.
