Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for the management and execution of value streams to support the delivery of strategic technology products. They will foster Lean-Agile principles and help balance lean-agile execution and program management activities to deliver solutions more effectively. We are seeking a dynamic Project leader with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, big room planning, and financial management. You will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the Vision, Roadmap, and Releases. Responsibilities include coordinating release planning, facilitating key project events, and summarizing objectives for strategic alignment with executives. You will manage risks and dependencies, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and optimize project practices. As a leader, you will empower teams, provide coaching, and contribute to strategic planning by offering guidance on options, risks, costs, and impacts.

Required Skills & Experience-10-15+ years experience operating as a Project Manager in enterprise level organizations, specific experience leading as a Senior Program Manager delivering large scale solutions-Significant experience managing delivery using Agile best practices - Scrum or SAFe/ multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks/Tools (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, AzureDevOps)-Maintains at least ONE relevant Advanced Agile certification (not including Scrum Certification): Scaled Agile Framework Certification (SAFe) - SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification, or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)-Proven experience being heavily involved in leading a Big Room Planning Sessions, Strong experience facilitating Agile Planning Sessions leading large scale teams, 50+ people (Looking at ADO feature breakdown, dependency mapping)-Excellent experience managing and reporting on project financials this is a significant part of this role, if this is not a strength, the applicant will not be successfulo Strong understanding of CapEx vs Opexo Proven experience creating resource planso Experience reporting to executives on key financial metrics-Ability to influence without authority, be an effective negotiator, and communicate with various organizational levels, including cross-functionally, at the frontline, and with senior leadership-Proven ability to lead multiple, complicated, cross team and customer, transformational technology delivery initiatives in a dynamic, high visibility, complex business environment. Needs to be able to maintain strategic vision and value delivery while simultaneously roll up the sleeves and effectively manage project details.-Experience measuring team delivery, maturity, and performance and creating reporting metrics and dashboards that illustrate the flow of value-Possess excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills to communicate seamlessly with agile teams, peers, and senior stakeholders, must have excellent interpersonal skills ability to build strong relationships-Bachelors degree is required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Additional advanced Agile Certifications-Specific experience working in the Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation Industry-Specific experience working Azure DevOps Tool
