- CFS is working with one of our favorite clients to identify a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team.
- This Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is for a successful, well-established manufacturing company, and will join an existing team of three and report to the Customer Service Manager.
- The Customer Service Representative MUST be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
- REQUIRED: Ability to English and Spanish fluently
- Scan and enter customer orders into Microsoft Navision, organize physical and digital files
- Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and take orders from customers
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status and order issues
- Communicate with sales, shipping, and production regarding customer orders, issues, and delays
- REQUIRED: Ability to English and Spanish fluently
- Proficiency/familiarity with Microsoft OneDrive
- Minimum three years of customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is fully onsite in LaPorte, IN.
The annual salary is between $45,760.00 and $47,840.00 depending on experience.
