Overview of the Accounts Payable role:

  • Enter vendor invoices for payment - up to 70 invoices per day
  • Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports
  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable role:

  • Prior Accounts Payable experience
  • Ideally has 3 way match experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
