About Island Therapy Solutions: We are a multi-faceted mental health practices that provides a wide range of services including rehabilitative services (PT, OT, Speech), individual, couple and group therapy and ABA therapy to both children and adults with autism. We offer services on both St. Croix and St. Thomas in the Sunny US Virgin Islands which has typically been underserved. We are a US Territory - So no passport needed to live and work on our Caribbean islands.

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in various areas such as pediatrics, and working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Experience:- Prior experience in pediatrics is preferred- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge- Familiarity with medical terminology- Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques
