Responsible for reviewing customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and ensures this information entered on order forms is accurate. Answers moderately complex customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders. Relies on moderate experience and judgment to accomplish assigned tasks.**Job Duties**+ Works under moderate supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.+ Reviews customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and ensures this information entered on order forms is accurate.+ Answers moderately complex customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.+ Resolve moderately complex customers' service or billing complaints.+ Maintains and audits records of customer interactions or transactions.**Required Qualifications**+ High School Diploma or GED.+ Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Associates degree.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).+ Being the owner of processes, including development and implementation.+ Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.+ Be able to review task list and prioritize based on business needs.+ Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy.+ Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.+ Ability to breakdown issues and troubleshoot customer questions/issues.+ Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership.+ Able to multitask and quickly jump between system environments.+ Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Ingenious preferred.RSRCAR#LI-Onsite**Pay Range:**$50,319 - $88,447 Annually**_Carrier is An Equal_** **_Opportunity/Affirmative_** **_Action Employer.
