Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., a leading provider of services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is dedicated to fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth for our participants. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. The Speech Pathologist will play a critical role in evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders, helping our participants achieve their highest level of functioning.

The Speech Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires experience in providing speech therapy to adults and children with developmental disabilities and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. The Speech Pathologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the communication needs of our participants.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and participant needs.* Provide direct therapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders.* Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to support participant goals.* Educate participants and their families on communication strategies and techniques.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.* Stay current with developments in the field of speech pathology and implement best practices.
*Requirements:** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.* Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.* Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

*Salary Range** $105K - $120K
