Total care is provided by RNs.Type of equipment: Ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, Balloon pumps, ventriculostomy drains, glucometers. Use of iMobile phones and technology by all staff in the hospital.Documentation system: Meditech using EBCD (Evidence Based Clinical Documentation)Shift are twelve hours from 7 to 7; every other weekend.Holiday requirementsNursing staff will float to other Medical-Surgical Units in the hospital as needed with priority focus on pulling to Intensive Care Units.Patient Experience requirements: Hourly rounding, bedside hand-off reporting, completion of "My Care Board" during hand-off report; use of AIDET with a focus on compassionate connected care.Job Requirements
