Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs- Provide therapy to patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Skills:
- Strong physiology knowledge- Experience in acute care settings- Proficiency in medical terminology- Skilled in patient assessment techniques- Familiarity with clinic and school-based therapy settings- Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEP)-
