Speech Language Pathologist

\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in various settings. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings - Provide therapy to individuals or groups with communication disorders - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes \*\*Experience:\*\* - Experience in critical care, inpatient, outpatient, case management, clinic, ICU settings - Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology - Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) in school settings \*\*Requirements and Skills:\*\* - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure - ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team - Experience working with diverse patient populations This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
