IT Support Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you an A player that excels at being part of a team Come work for Sentry Equipment This role is responsible for providing daily support and management of end-user devices and their applications. You will perform troubleshooting to appropriately diagnose and prioritize issues, escalating to team members and outside support as required. You also will provide end user customer support to assist with all use aspects of their devices including set-up, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and upgrades. Please note, this is an in person role at our Oconomowoc, WI Headquarters. Some responsibilities include: Device Support Technical support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations. Technical support and troubleshooting of IOS and Android devices. Provide general hardware and software break/fix support. O365/M365 Support Technical support and troubleshooting of cloud-based and desktop applications including Office, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Assist in implementation of core business application servers Device Management Maintain a current and accurate inventory of all devices at all times. Management and deployment of individual and shared employee devices (PCs, tablets, handhelds, etc.) Assist in ensuring accurate patch management and device protection. Work with other IT team members and project stakeholders to deliver technology-based business solutions while maximizing our technology investments. Provide training and support to all employees on core technologies used within the organization. Collaborate with other system subject matter experts to provide advice and training on best practices, efficiency tips and Sentry-specific procedures. Occasional travel to other domestic locations required.
